Sales Executive — Pharma
Build and manage relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics. Meet monthly targets and expand our customer base across the region.
Requirements
- ✓1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- ✓Strong communication and negotiation skills
- ✓Willingness to travel within the territory
- ✓B.Pharma / M.Pharma preferred
Warehouse & Inventory Manager
Oversee stock management, inbound/outbound logistics, and cold-chain compliance for our distribution centre.
Requirements
- ✓2+ years in warehouse operations
- ✓Experience with pharma storage norms (WHO-GDP, GSP)
- ✓Proficiency in inventory software
- ✓Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Customer Support Executive
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist with order tracking, product queries, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication
- ✓Empathetic and patient approach to customers
- ✓Familiarity with CRM tools
- ✓Graduate in any stream
Quality Assurance Officer
Ensure all products meet regulatory standards. Conduct audits, maintain SOPs, and liaise with manufacturers on quality matters.
Requirements
- ✓B.Pharma / M.Pharma / Life Sciences degree
- ✓Knowledge of CDSCO and WHO-GMP guidelines
- ✓Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- ✓2+ years in pharma QA preferred
