1. Shipping Coverage
NSS Pharmaceuticals ships Pan-India across all states and union territories. We deliver to residential addresses, clinics, hospitals, and registered pharmacies. We currently do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Charges

Actual delivery time may vary based on your location and courier availability. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be updated in your account under My Orders → Order Detail. You may use this number on the respective courier partner's website to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Pharmaceutical Shipping Guidelines
All pharmaceutical products are packed in compliance with applicable drug storage and transport guidelines:
- Products requiring cold-chain storage are shipped with insulated packaging.
- All packages are tamper-evident and sealed for product integrity.
- Prescription medicines are shipped only against valid prescriptions submitted during checkout.
- Products are packed to avoid exposure to direct sunlight or moisture during transit.
6. Failed or Undelivered Shipments
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or access issues, the courier will make up to 2 re-attempts. After failed attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, please contact us to arrange re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery. If damage is discovered after opening, raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. See our Refund & Returns Policy for next steps.
