Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.
  • The product received is expired or near-expiry (within 3 months of delivery date).
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect self-medication, or products ordered by mistake unless a genuine error was made by us.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or partially used medicines and healthcare products
  • Temperature-sensitive items (refrigerated medicines)
  • Nutritional supplements once opened
  • Personal hygiene products (syringes, gloves, masks, etc.)
  • Products without original packaging or seal broken

3. How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders.
  2. Open the relevant delivered order and click Request Return.
  3. Select the item, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund or replacement).
  4. Submit the request. Our team will review it within 2 business days.
  5. If approved, a pickup will be scheduled at your delivery address.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit (your choice).
  • Refund confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

5. Replacement

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch the correct product within 3–5 business days of pickup completion, subject to availability.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge while they are in Pending or Confirmed status. Once an order moves to Processing or Shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at info@nsspharmaceuticals.com if you wish to cancel.
